Withdrawal from examinations

a.   Withdrawal from an examination without giving reasons is possible up to one week before the examination date and can be made by telephone, in writing or in person (not by e-mail) at the Student Office (Akademiestr. 6, ground floor, ground floor 10 and ground floor 11). For this purpose, the Student Office has extended opening hours:

Monday - Thursday:  
9.00 to 12.00 hrs and 
13.00 to 15.00 hrs 

Friday:                         
9.00 to 12.00 hrs

b.   In case of withdrawal from the examination due to illness, a printed medical certificate must be presented, as in the past.

Examination schedule

The examination schedule has been published on the emergency website of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg (https://www.tubaf.org) and has been displayed at the faculty.

Due to the limited communication possibilities, changes to the above-mentioned examination schedule are not possible (e.g. time and room).
